The purpose of this deliverable is to report on the gender aspects of the project and provide a framework for addressing the various ethical issues related to the development, design, implementation and testing of the prototypes developed in the project. This deliverable will therefore describe the need and importance of promoting gender balance and equality transversely and how the ethics considerations are fulfilled throughout the project planning and implementation to stand out as an excellent example of a well-balanced working community.
